Usage limit is restricted to the balance available in the card & till the card validity has expired. - Is there a load amount or count Limit?
There is no minimum loading amount however the card can have a load of maximum amount of 2,00,000 at any given point of time. - What are the security features I have on my Card?
Your Card is powered by Rupay PIN based authentication for all purchases. The card cannot not be used, without your PIN; you always have the control. - I have a virtual card, can I get a physical card?
The fees for issuance of a physical card is 199/- plus GST. The request can be made by clicking the Physical card button, charges will be deducted from your card balance. - What are the possible reasons for transaction being declined?
